SHC Mobile Backend Requirements Check

This script requirements.php checks if your server configuration 
meets the requirements for running the SHC Mobile Backend application.
It checks if the server is running the right version of PHP, if 
appropriate PHP extensions have been loaded, and if php.ini file 
settings are correct.
To perform the test copy the file to the webspace of your webserver
an open the URL with a webbrowser. The checks can also be
performed running the PHP cli binary. Simply execute the following 
command:

>php requirements.php
